01 - General Terms
Prices are subject to change
I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason
Commerical commissions are 2x the base price
There will be no refunds
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all the terms
02 - Payment
Payment options are shown and done via https://vgen.co/Kat_apult
Payment can be done upfront __OR __ 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch is approved
03 - Process
Commissions are usually done in the order they are from the queue, so please be patient
Turnaround time is 1-3 weeks AFTER the sketch is approved
I will send you updates for sketch, line and colour
You can request changes to be made during the sketch process as long as its reasonable
I will not accept major changes
When the commission is done, you will receive digital images via email // google drive
